Our Design Division provides complete design services from project inception to construction administration. Through constant coordination with architects, contractors, engineers and other design team members we provide accurate, detailed and value-orientated design documents for safe and lasting structures.
We provide economical structural systems, suitable for various project types with a philosophy to create a Structural Design that would complement the Architectural Design facilitating ease of construction.
Our staff are well experienced in designing a large variety of projects some being extremely challenging in their structural design and have extensive experience supervising different projects under strained quality and delivery time conditions. We use state of the art software likes Tekla, Stadpro, SP3D to deliver the best designs and cost effective solutions.

We have state of are workshops for fabrication with UAE region with facilities like Water Jet Cutting, Sand Blasting, Bending Press, Lathe and other Machining equipments.

FIELD ERECTION
We provide Feild Installation and Erection services Static, rotating equipments, Pipelines and pipings, Conveyor systems, GT exhaust and air intake systems, Industrial steel structures, pipe racks, Boilers, allied equipments and structures, Material handling equipment – ship loader, unloader, stacker reclaimer, conveying systems.

Hydraulics
- At Roots, we perform the installation of hydraulic piping systems. An important procedure before handing over newly installed hydraulic piping system is the flushing operations. This is the cleaning of the hydraulic pipe installation with special chemicals and oil after the completion of the hydraulic piping installation and mounting, before the commissioning of the system.
- We also provide flushing services for systems in use. This is a highly recommended preventive maintenance service to ensure complete uptime of the system. Over a period of use it is inevitable that contamination will enter the system even with the preventive filtration in place. Periodic flushing of the entire system can be done during planned maintenance shut downs.
- Chemical Cleaning and Hot Oil Flushing
- We verify proper chemical cleaning with one or more of the following methods:
- pH analyses, Temperature, Volume of chemicals in each phase, Flow rate
Marine Services
- Steel renewal of side shells, bottom plates, tank tops, deck plates, e.t.c using AH 32, AH 36, and other class-approved plates
- Renewal of piping using SCH 40,80,120,160 ASTM grade pipes for hydraulic lines, freshwater, seawater, fire, and CO2 lines
- Repair and maintenance of ship cranes and grabs
- Ship Chandling & supply of deck and engine stores as per ISSA and IMPA codes.
- Complete overhauling of heat exchangers and condensers including replacement and retubing of old tubes.
- Supply and installation of navigational systems.
